The aim of this report is to assess and analyze existing legal framework and review relevant state programmes in relation to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The purpose of the document is to promote a fundamental revision and amendment of Georgian legislation and programmes by the state through a series of recommendations and legal provisions to bring the legislative framework and the programmes in line with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and ensure protection of sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and girls with disabilities in Georgia.
