The representatives of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Georgia CO and the Georgia Red Cross Society visited Dmanisi and Bolnisi municipalities.

With the significant support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the Georgia Red Cross Society provides an assistance to the communities in need. During the COVID-19 outbreak, food and hygiene parcels are being distributed to the socially vulnerable, lonely older people over the age of 60 throughout the 7 municipalities of the country. 

These activities are implemented in the framework of UN Joint Programme „Assisting Local Communities in Mitigating the Impact of COVID-19” funded by the UN COVID-19 Multi-  Partner Trust Fund (MPTF).
