UNFPA Georgia, starting from October 30, 2012, begins ToT Follow-up Training sessions for Peer Educators in the regions of Kakheti; it aims at raising youth awareness on different aspects of Gender Equality and Reproductive Health and Rights.
The first round of a two-day training for high school pupils and university students, conducted by UNFPA’s implementing partners, Tanadgoma and Georgian Youth Development and Education Association (GYDEA) took place at the Civic Engagement Center in Sagarejo, Kakheti; the training sessions will be conducted in Lagodekhi and Telavi and last till November 6, 2012.
The ToT Follow-up trainings are conducted within the frameworks of the UN Joint Program to Enhance Gender Equality in Georgia, supported by Sida.
