On February 20, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and Tegeta Holding strengthened their cooperation by renewing a general cooperation Memorandum of Understanding. The renewed MoU was signed by UNFPA Representative to Turkiye, Country Director for Azerbaijan and Georgia, Mariam A. Khan and Chief Executive Officer of Tegeta Holding, Ekaterine Kavtaradze.
Within the MoU, the UNFPA and Tegeta Holding agree to strengthen their efforts for integrating family friendly workplace policies and practices, aimed for women’s economic participation and empowerment, enhancing their capacities on labour market and overall, promotion of responsible fatherhood, as well as integration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and recruiting policy, supporting engagement of people with disabilities.
