For the second time this year, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Georgia Country Office has joined the Europe Day celebrations  organized by the European Union.

We hosted children, parents, young people and the elderly with an informative, entertaining and cognitive program in several pavilions of "Expo Georgia" this year.

In the magic tent located near the 3rd pavilion, the Marneuli Municipality Culture Center held 3 performances of the children's puppet play "Luna and the Planet of Fireflies".

In the 4th pavilion, we awarded the winners and participants of the competition for the fan-sequel of the favorite comic of teenagers "Invisible".

At the panel discussion "What do we talk about when we talk about love", with UNFPA friends and well-known writers Dato Gorgiladze, Nestan (Nene) Kvinikadze and Alexsandre Lortkipanidze, actor Kakha Kintsurashvili and UNFPA communications and partnership analyst Salome Benidze, we talked about equal parenting, division of duties and harmonious relationships.

We hosted most of our activities in Pavilion 11, where we once again broke stereotypes playing many rounds of the board game Person with guests of all ages, with our friend Eleniko Fox and the team of BG Era Games.

In the same pavilion, together with Giorgi Liparishvili, the facilitator of our "School of Fathers", we learned what is in a dad bag, and entertained parents with their young children by coloring the "Luna and the Planet of Fireflies".

In addition, the guests who came to the stand of the World Health Organization received advice on reproductive health from the leading gynecologist of Georgia, Maka Chikovani.

We would like to thank each visitor for coming to our stand and participating in the activities, being interested in the board game, participating in the workshop and attending the puppet shows.

Interest in our events did not stop throughout the day. We are glad that both our stand and the magic tent were constantly full of guests. Thank you to everyone who made this day unforgettable: each participant of our events, our volunteers, Marneuli Municipal Cultural Center, "Palitra L" publishing house, BG Era Games, MenCare campaign, all our friends and partners who participated in our events.

Special thanks to the European Union in Georgia for their trust and support.
